Announcing the Provost Search Committee and Listening Sessions

Dear Colleagues,

I write to announce that I have appointed the Search Committee that will lead our efforts to recruit the next Provost of Georgetown University.

I have asked Joshua Teitelbaum, Ph.D., J.D., David Belding Professor of Law, Professor of Economics, and the former Interim Dean of Georgetown Law and Executive Vice President, to chair the Search Committee for the new Provost. I will charge the committee this week and it will begin its work immediately. The full list of the Search Committee members is below.

We are pleased to work with the executive search firm Isaacson, Miller to assist us with this search. I have asked Marie Mattson, Secretary of the University, to provide staff support for the Search Committee and to coordinate the search process.
