Hoya Faster — An Update on Key Priorities and Progress

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing to share a brief update on our Hoya Faster initiative and to express my sincere gratitude once again for your deep engagement, candid feedback and commitment to this ongoing process.

As promised in our last communication, the Hoya Faster website has been updated today to convey progress across our key initiatives. I encourage you to visit the site to review the steps we are taking and how your input continues to shape our priorities. I also encourage you to continue to share your ideas for targeted, actionable recommendations to remove administrative burdens while keeping necessary safeguards intact.

I want to thank the many teams across Georgetown helping us to identify solutions and develop timelines for implementing responses to the challenges you have brought forward. I look forward to sharing more updates over the coming weeks regarding further efforts to streamline processes, enhance efficiency across our operations and provide assistance to those seeking to navigate our systems. As we begin implementing these ideas across Georgetown, my hope is to refine how we approach our daily work and collaboration.
