We want you to tell us what is getting in the way of your best work – whether it’s an over-engineered or unclear approval chain, a redundant form, an outdated policy, we want to hear your ideas for replacing unnecessary friction with more straightforward solutions.

What we are looking for: Targeted, actionable recommendations to remove administrative burdens while keeping necessary safeguards intact.
