Office of the President Thanksgiving Lunch

The Office of the President Thanksgiving meal is a treasured annual holiday event, established in 2001 by then-President John J. DeGioia and his wife, Theresa. Undergraduate and graduate students are invited to come together for a free, traditional Thanksgiving meal.

The Great Room of the Healy Family Student Center is filled with 8-top round tables. Each table is decorated with an orange tablecloth and fall foliage center piece. Nearly all of the tables are full, with students sitting, chatting, and enjoying a meal together.

An annual tradition

All students who remain on campus for the holiday are welcome to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal together. Students from all schools gather on the Hilltop campus for a meal of traditional holiday foods. This is always a festive event, complete with fall-themed decorations and fun music.
