Mental Health Advocacy
The Engelhard Project
The Engelhard Project for Connecting Life and Learning was started in 2005 with the goal of supporting the well-being of every Georgetown student. When faculty members saw that many of their students were struggling, they found a way to help. This project fully integrates faculty into an overall support network by fusing mental health awareness into the curriculum, through classroom discussions and readings.
The Engelhard Project helps to give mental health voice, validation, depth, and dignity.
