With the Class of 2020 Commencement Weekend coming up later this month, we are writing with a few reminders and additional details about the celebration.
Ceremony Registration

Rain Site Tickets
The commencement ceremony is planned to take place outdoors on Healy Lawn and will not be ticketed. In the event of severe weather, the ceremony will take place in McDonough Arena. Tickets are required for the rain site. You can reserve two rain tickets during the registration process. Once registration closes on May 7, we will determine if additional rain site tickets will be released. Both undergraduate and graduate commencement ceremonies will be livestreamed on the Georgetown University Facebook Page.

Academic regalia is required to participate in the commencement ceremony and can be purchased from the Georgetown University bookstore. Your regalia can be shipped to your home or picked up at the bookstore. The deadline to order regalia to be shipped is May 16.
